Accessories Warranty
Accessories come with a 1-year warranty. If there are quality problems with adapters, screws, or remote controls, ULTIMEA will provide new accessories free of charge within this period. After this time, accessory fees and shipping costs will apply for replacements.

Product Extends 1-year warranty
  • For Laser TVs, the warranty is automatically extended by an additional year upon purchase.
  • For all other products, we highly recommend registering your purchase on our website to receive an extra year of warranty. Register here
  • Please note: separate accessories are not covered under the extended warranty service.

  • Within 30 days of receiving the product, products with obvious quality issues can be eligible for an exchange.

  • If it's due to subjective customer reasons, like using the product within 30 days and it being in perfect condition, the customer covers return shipping costs.
